At Rubicon Sampada, we value your commitment to learning and personal growth. We aim to provide high-quality, government-recognized training programs in real estate, construction, farming, and digital marketing. However, we understand that situations may arise where you must withdraw from a course or request a refund.

This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines when and how you may be eligible for a refund.

  1. General Refund Principles

We follow a limited refund policy due to the nature of live training programs, seat limitations, and third-party certification expenses.

NOTE: At Rubicon Sampada, we offer partial refunds in genuine cases, especially for instructor-led or on-site programs.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Rubicon Sampada cancels the course.

  • You withdraw at least 3 days after the course payment date and have not accessed more than 10% of the content.

  • You have paid, but face technical issues or access problems that are not resolved within 5 business days.

Not eligible for a refund if:

  • You accessed more than 15% of course content or attended live sessions.

  • You request a refund after the course has started, except in medical or family emergencies (documented).

  • You fail to complete the course due to personal reasons or a change of interest.

3. Refund Process
  • Email us at admin@rubiconsampada.com with:

    • Full Name

    • Contact Number

    • Course Name

    • Reason for refund

    • Any relevant documents (in case of medical or technical reasons)

  • Our team will review your request within 5-7 working days.

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • Note: All payment gateway charges or bank processing fees will be deducted from the refund.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial course access has been used, or offline resource kits have been shipped, only partial refunds will be provided after deducting:

  • Content consumption fee

  • Processing or administration fee

  • Courier/Material costs (if applicable)

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Government certification fees

  • Tools or kits already issued or used

  • Donations or goodwill payments

  • Optional add-on services (job assistance, resume creation, etc.)

6. Course Transfers

If you cannot continue the course but do not want a refund, you may transfer to another batch (within 90 days), subject to seat availability. Only one transfer request is allowed per student.

7. Cancellation by Rubicon Sampada

We reserve the right to cancel a course due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment

  • Trainer unavailability

  • Force majeure (e.g., pandemic, disaster)

In such cases, a 100% refund or alternate rescheduling will be provided based on your preference.
