  1. Enrollment & Eligibility

You must:

  • Be 18+ years old or have parental consent.

  • Provide accurate personal details.

  • Agree to abide by our code of conduct during training

We reserve the right to reject enrollment based on document verification or misconduct history.

2. Course Access & Usage

    • Course materials are licensed to you, not sold.

    • Sharing login details or reselling materials is strictly prohibited.

    • Access is granted for the duration of the course or as mentioned.

3. Fee Payment & Refund Policy

  • All fees are to be paid in full before course commencement.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless:

    • We canceled the course.

    • You’re unable to attend due to valid, documented emergencies.

4. Certifications

  • Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of required assessments and attendance.

  • False information or misconduct may disqualify you from certification.

5. Job Assistance

  • We support job placement but do not guarantee it.

  • Assistance includes resume reviews, interview training, and connecting with partner companies.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, materials, course videos, and handbooks are property of Rubicon Sampada. Unauthorized use, copying, or sharing is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Respect trainers, peers, and support staff

  • Avoid disruptive behavior during sessions

  • Maintain academic honesty in tests and assessments.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if:

  • You breach these terms

  • Submit forged documents

  • Engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rubicon Sampada shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Employment outcomes

  • Delays due to unforeseen events (like natural disasters)

10. Jurisdiction

All legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Andra Pradesh courts only.
